I'm Anuscheh Amir-Khalili and my mission is to empower and support refugee women to live an independent, self-determined life. Will you join me in my fight for gender equality?
Anuscheh Amir-Khalili was born in 1977 in Iran. At the age of 8, she had to flee to Germany because of the Iran-Iraq war. Today, her mission is to empower women with similar backgrounds. She co-founded the social start-up “Band of Sisters,” which is part of Flamingo e.V. – a Berlin-based NGO consisting of women who are working to support refugee women in Germany and at a women’s village in Northern Syria.
