Chinese artist Ai Weiwei wants to make sure we don’t forget about the Syrian refugee crisis, regardless of who is the US president.

He posted a second interpretation of the photo of drowned Syrian refugee Alan Kurdi on Instagram on Monday. The photo shows the artist lying on a bed of porcelain sunflower seeds.

Weiwei first recreated the photo in February 2016 on the actual beach where the Syrian toddler was discovered back in September 2015.

It seems that he has chosen to recreate this image after Donald Trump visited the Israel Museum where his show, “Maybe, Maybe Not,” is on from June 2 to Aug. 30.

The artist says that the museum covered some of his works during the president’s address on May 23.

According to The Art Newspaper, Ai Weiwei posted a video of Trump with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu with a caption that read: “Trump’s visit to the Israel Museum. Behind the stage are my artworks, which were taken away and covered for his presence.”

President Trump delivered an address at the museum in which he said, “We must build a coalition of partners who share the aim of stamping out extremists and violence, and providing our children a peaceful and hopeful future.”

He added that his administration would “always stand with Israel.”
