Impact, Governance, and Leadership Team

At Global Citizen, we believe in providing transparency to our supporters as much as we believe in transparent systems for the alleviation of poverty.

Below are documents for those interested in finding out more about Global Citizen and our approach. This includes impact reports, which outline how we track and report on the announcements made on Global Citizen’s platforms; our annual financials, tax filings and audit forms, that list items like a review of our governance structures, our operating budgets, and executive salaries such as Hugh Evans’ salary (CEO), and Liza Henshaw’s salary (President). Our executive team’s salaries are determined by our Board of Directors, reviewed by an independent compensation consultant against third party surveys such as those published by PNP Staffing and Guidestar, and benchmarked against similar organizations in the nonprofit industry.

Impact Reports

Every commitment announced on a Global Citizen platform is tracked through its completion. Full reports are on the Global Citizen Impact section of our website, and here is our 2021 Global Citizen Annual Impact Report, which toplines the impact made in 2020-2021 from our most recent campaigns, including: Mandela 100 3-Year Impact Update; Global Goal: Unite for Our Future 1-Year Impact Update; and a One World: Together at Home Final Impact Report (100% of the funds mobilized have been distributed).

Governance Structures
