To celebrate the outcome of the #SheWill campaign, Global Citizen and CHIME FOR CHANGE will host a night of intimate music and inspiring speakers live at The View from The Shard — one of London’s most iconic venues.
With music from Tom Odell and Laura Mvula, the event will showcase the impact of the thousands of Global Citizens who have taken action to support #SheWill.
Since the launch of the campaign in May, Global Citizens have taken nearly 100,000 actions urging governments to prioritise girls’ education. Their voices were heard, and today at the Girls’ Education Forum, decision-makers and leaders from business and civil society announced commitments that will affect over 1.2 million girls by 2020.
Global Citizen and CHIME FOR CHANGE will mark this decisive step forward in a memorable night of exclusive performances and powerful speeches for an audience of Global Citizens who won tickets as part of the campaign.
