Do you have a project or an idea to help make the world a more sustainable place? Then Unilever wants to hear from you.

Unilever is running a competition to find the next “Unilever Sustainable Living Young Entrepreneurs Award" winner. If you need inspiration, check out the video above of the 2014 finalists. That amazing group of young leaders can only be outdone by THIS year's. And only if you are involved.

Here’s what Unilever wants: Working with the University of Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership and Ashoka, they are looking for “young innovators aged 35 or under that have already begun to address the challenges at the heart of the Global Goals.”

You know the Global Goals, the 17 goals that world leaders signed on to in September at the United Nations that will guide the next 15 years of international development.

Specifically, Unilever and its partners are focusing on scalable technologies or initiatives for 8 of the Global Goals they have identified as most relevant to their business.

These 8 include:

Six finalists will receive €10,000 EUR along with “individually tailored support and mentoring worth €10,000."

The overall winner will receive “€50,000 cash prize and will be awarded the HRH The Prince of Wales Young Sustainability Entrepreneur Prize in Spring 2016 and €25,000 worth of tailored support and mentoring.”

This is an incredible opportunity for all the young, creative global citizens in our world.

If you think you have what it takes, go to www.changemakers.com/globalgoals2015 to enter. And do it quick! The competition closes at 12 midnight BST on November 18th, 2015.

You can also go to TAKE ACTION NOW to call on entrepreneurs everywhere to embrace sustainability alongside Unilever.
