1. Eligibility: This 2026 Global Citizen Festival New York Ticket Access Instant Reward (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of the Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age, and Global Citizen rewards members at time of redemption. Employees of Global Poverty Project, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, internet agencies, suppliers and any other companies engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Promotion, and each such employee’s immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where restricted or prohibited by law.
   
   To participate, you must download the Global Citizen App (the “App”). The App can be obtained for free by visiting Google Play for Android mobile devices or the Apple App Store for iOS mobile devices, downloading the app to your web-enabled device and follow the instructions to register. Data rates may apply.
   
   Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions including all eligibility requirements and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Sponsor may in its sole discretion amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, without notice, and such amendment(s) shall be deemed to have taken effect from the date of publication of the revised Terms & Conditions on the Website.
2. Timing: Redemption Period for this Promotion shall begin on August 13, 2026 at 08:00 AM EST and ends on September 21, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM EST (the “Promotion Period”), and is comprised of periodical Instant Reward opportunities during the course of the Promotion Period, as follows:

3. The Global Citizen platform is the official timekeeper for this Promotion.
   
   In the event the prizes allocated to earlier Instant Reward opportunity are unredeemed, any unredeemed prizes will be added to the next subsequent Instant Reward opportunity. Should any unredeemed Instant Reward Prizes or related inventory remain at the conclusion of the final Instant Reward opportunity, Sponsor may elect to run additional rounds of this Promotion to distribute all remaining inventory, or reallocate the remaining inventory to another promotion as permitted under the Global Citizen Loyalty Program in Global Citizen’s sole discretion.
4. Here’s How to Claim a Ticket Access Instant Reward:
   1. Via Action Entry
      1. Registered Global Citizens will have the opportunity to earn points by completing defined journeys and sprints on the App (“Journeys” and “Sprints”). Examples of kinds of actions and activities that may comprise a Journey or Sprint include, but are not limited to, signing up with Global Citizen, sending an email or calling a decision maker, signing a petition, uploading a photo or video to Instagram or Twitter/X, taking a quiz on a Global Citizen issue, and checking in at a designated location to support a Global Citizen campaign, reading/watching/listening to content on Global Citizen platforms or sites, and various other activities. Points are awarded based on the difficulty of the Journey (e.g., 30, 60, 90) or Sprint (e.g., 15, 25, 35) and may be updated or modified by the Sponsor at any time without prior notice. Journeys and Sprints may vary and are constantly updated. Actions associated with a Journey or Sprint have no associated costs (i.e., “free” to complete). Points cannot be combined or transferred between Members. Points and Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
         
         Sponsor or its designees may review Registered Global Citizens’ actions for quality, completeness, compliance with instructions, and overall appropriateness before or after administering points. If, upon review, the content is determined (in Sponsor’s or its designees sole discretion) to (i) fail to meet the minimum quality or completeness requirements described for the action (e.g., photos that are blank, irrelevant, or indecipherable; written responses that are unintelligible, off-topic, or substantially incomplete; social shares that do not contain the required content or tags; quizzes that are not meaningfully attempted), (ii) violate any requirements or instructions for the action, or (iii) otherwise violate these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to reduce, revoke, or void any points awarded for such action, and/or remove the content from the Program platform.
         
         In addition, actions taken or content submitted must be suitable for presentation in a public forum and MUST NOT in any way: disparage Sponsor or any persons or entities; contain offensive or harmful words, statements, or content (including words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic group); and/ or violate any federal, state, and local laws or regulations. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit participation from any individual that it determines has violated these provisions and terms and conditions herein or otherwise engaged in conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Promotion.
      2. You may find the total points required to be eligible to redeem an Instant Reward on the App while supplies allocated to that Instant Reward opportunity remain available.
      3. During the Promotion Period, visit the App, log in with your Global Citizen User ID and password, and follow the instructions to instantly redeem one (1) Ticket Access Code, as defined below, (the “Instant Reward Prize”). Points required for redemption will automatically be deducted from your account point balance. Limit one Instant Reward Prize redemption per person per Instant Reward opportunity. Instant Reward Prizes are available on a first-come, first-served basis during each applicable Instant Reward opportunity while the quantity allocated to that Instant Reward opportunity remains available. Submission of a redemption request does not guarantee receipt of a Ticket Access Code unless and until the App confirms that your redemption has been successfully completed.
      4. If redeemer elects to exercise a Ticket Access Code and make a charitable donation to secure Event ticket(s), redeemer must do so within forty-eight (48) hours by following the steps in the “How to Exercise a Ticket Access Code on Ticketmaster” section below.
5. Ticket Access Instant Reward: An initial 2,500 Instant Reward Prizes will be made available for redemption during the Promotion Period, while supplies last. Each Instant Reward Prize shall consist of a single “Ticket Access Code”, meaning a unique promotional code that provides an eligible user who successfully redeems an Instant Reward Prize, subject to these Terms & Conditions and applicable Ticketmaster terms, the opportunity to obtain General Admission tickets to the 2026 Global Citizen Festival in New York City on September 26, 2026 (the “Event”) by completing the applicable Ticketmaster redemption process and making a charitable payment of USD $25.00 per ticket selected, plus applicable ticketing platform fees. The charitable payments made to Ticketmaster in connection with Ticket Access Code redemptions will benefit the City Parks Foundation and other applicable charitable beneficiaries. Applicable ticketing platform fees are separate from the charitable payment.
   
   Redeemers are under no obligation to exercise their Ticket Access Code or make any charitable payment. A redeemer who elects to exercise a Ticket Access Code must complete the applicable Ticketmaster redemption process in order to obtain a ticket to the Event. A Ticket Access Code is not itself a Festival ticket, has no cash value, is nontransferable, and does not provide admission to the Event unless and until the redeemer timely completes the applicable redemption process through Ticketmaster. Ticket Access Codes will expire forty-eight (48) hours after the user receives their Ticket Access Codes.
   
   Sponsor has designated a limited quantity of Event ticket inventory to support the exercise of Ticket Access Codes issued through this Ticket Access Instant Reward promotion. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, make additional Ticket Access Codes available during the Promotion Period if sufficient designated Event ticket inventory remains available after accounting for all outstanding, redeemed, and unexpired Ticket Access Codes. In no event will Sponsor issue Ticket Access Codes that, together with previously issued, redeemed, and unexpired Ticket Access Codes, could permit redeemers to obtain more Event tickets than the Event ticket inventory then designated by Sponsor for this promotion.
   
   Sponsor may reduce the quantity of Event ticket inventory designated to support future Ticket Access Code redemptions and reallocate such inventory to other Global Citizen Festival programs or promotions, provided that any such reallocation will not affect the ability of a Redeemer holding a valid, outstanding and unexpired Ticket Access Code to exercise that Code in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
   
   NO TRANSPORTATION OR ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDED. Limit one (1) Instant Reward Prize per person per Instant Reward opportunity.
6. How to Exercise a Ticket Access Code on Ticketmaster:
   If an Instant Reward Prize redeemer elects to exercise their Ticket Access Code via Ticketmaster, redeemer should follow these steps:
   • Once the Instant Reward Prize redeemer receives their Ticket Access Code, the redeemer visits the designated Ticketmaster page.
   • Redeemers can then select if they want to make a charitable donation for each available ticket to the Event.
   • Redeemer makes the USD $25-per-ticket charitable donation, plus any separate applicable platform processing fees.
   • Redeemer completes the transaction in accordance with Ticketmaster’s terms and conditions.
   • Event ticket(s) are issued through Ticketmaster.
   • Failure to redeem a Ticket Access Code within forty-eight (48) hours of your receipt of the Ticket Access Code results in forfeiture of the opportunity to make a charitable donation to secure Event ticket(s).
7. General Conditions for All Prizes: Admission is subject to the restrictions and requirements of the venue and Event organizers, as applicable. You may be required to complete a waiver and/or release prior to participation in the experience. Participants may also be required to wear masks, maintain social distance and adhere to other rules related to COVID-19 regulations, including, but not limited to, mandatory quarantine. Please check local travel regulations related to COVID-19. All prize tickets are subject to the terms and conditions regarding use, as printed thereon, including age restrictions and any requirements of the Event organizers. Instructions for ticket delivery will be provided to verified redeemers via email at time of notification. Ticket delivery methods include, but are not limited to, online ticketing systems and will-call ticket pickup. Any and all transportation and accommodations associated with prize acceptance, redemption and usage will not be provided by Sponsor and each prize redeemer will be solely responsible for paying all costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein, including without limitation, accommodations and transportation to and from the Festival/Event. All applicable federal, state and local taxes on a prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance/use of a prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the redeemer. Redeemers are responsible for obtaining and possessing all required valid photo ID and travel documents, as applicable. Redeemer’s guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, unless guest is redeemer’s child. Ticket may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in ticket(s) being voided. No substitution, cash substitution, or transfer of prize permitted by winner. The Releasees (as defined below) are not responsible for any unclaimed, lost, mutilated or stolen ticket prizes; nor will said prizes be replaced. The Releasees are not responsible for postponement or cancellation of the Reward Event or for issues arising from venue operation and management. This Reward Event is subject to change based on local health and safety guidelines leading up to/at the time of the Event. In the event the Event is canceled, modified or postponed for any reason, the Releasees will have no further obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof. The Sponsor, Releasees and/or any other relevant party reserve the right to remove or deny entry to the winner and/or guest of winner who engages in a non-sportsman-like or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the Event or at any prize-related venue. All Reward details not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor, and will be provided to the winner at time of prize notification. In no event will the Releasees provide any additional compensation to any entrant other than the Prize offered as stated herein. The Event will take place in Central Park, New York City. Winners are expected to respect the park, venue, staff, surrounding environment, and all applicable rules and regulations at all times. Participants must not litter or damage vegetation and park property, and must properly dispose of all trash in designated receptacles. Sponsor reserves the right to remove from the Event any individual whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or inconsistent with venue rules.
8. Ban on Sales/Resales: TICKET ACCESS CODES AND TICKETS MAY NOT BE SOLD, TRANSFERRED FOR VALUE, EXCHANGED FOR CASH, OR OTHER CONSIDERATION. Each ticket is to be used by the named designee identified by Sponsor, and/or any individual to whom the initial designee has officially and without demanding payment transferred the ticket to. Prize ticket(s) may not be sold, offered for resale, put up for auction, advertised or listed for sale online or in person, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use will immediately result in the affected ticket(s) being voided, and the redeemer and any associated individual being deemed ineligible for future promotions, contests, sweepstakes, giveaways by Global Citizen. For the avoidance of doubt, no substitution, cash substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted by redeemer, and any transfer of an Instant Reward Prize ticket in exchange for money, goods, services, favors, reimbursement, or any other form of consideration shall be deemed a prohibited resale.
9. General: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including all eligibility requirements and the decisions of the Sponsor and its agents, which are final and binding. If an entrant submits more than the stated number of entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the entrant may be declared null and void. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all entries by that entrant. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotion materials and these Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the promotion or in the announcement of the prizes. All third-party names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
10. Release: Entrants/Winners agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, and any of its/their respective parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, Prize suppliers, and any other organizations responsible for, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting this Promotion, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, actions, injury, loss, or damage of any kind, including but not limited to, personal injury or death, resulting, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participating in this promotion or from the acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of a Prize (including any travel/activity related thereto). This limitation of liability is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income or profit; loss or damage to property; and claims of third parties. Entrants agree that Releasees have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, statutory, express or implied (including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, title, and fitness for a particular purpose), in fact or in law, relative to this promotion. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. This release does not apply to claims for personal injury or death caused by the negligence of the Sponsor. At Global Citizen’s sole discretion, Winner may be requested and required to complete additional releases or liability waivers, the terms of which shall be read in conjunction with this Section 10. 
11. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in this Promotion constitutes Entrant’s and their guest’s (each, a “Granting Person”) consent for the Sponsor, Prize providers and their designees to use, for promotional purposes in any type of media without further payment or consideration, Granting Person’s name, likeness, any written or oral comments or testimonials to, or other feedback on, any prize or experience, and any user generated content, including, without limitation, audio, photographs and still images, and video content (“UGC”). For the avoidance of doubt, each Granting Person hereby grants to Sponsor, and Sponsor hereby accepts, a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, royalty-free and sublicensable right and license to use and display UGC in connection with Sponsor’s advocacy efforts, subject to any applicable third-party approvals. Sponsor shall have the right to use audio recordings, video recordings and/or screenshots of the Prize experience in connection with Sponsor’s advocacy efforts, subject to any applicable third-party approvals.
12. NOTICE: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor is not responsible for faulty, incorrect, undeliverable or mistranscribed e-mail transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user's e-mail account to receive e-mail. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the program as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of termination, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random Instant Reward opportunity from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes/ Rewards offered. In the event a dispute arises regarding the identity of the entrant, entry will be deemed made by the person whose name appears on the Global Citizen account that corresponds to the email address. Any damage made to the Website by an entrant will be the responsibility of the entrant and/or the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to freeze or close an account or to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Promotion if it cannot be executed as planned for any reason or event beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to a Force Majeure event or occurrence, an “act of God” (e.g., natural disaster, etc.) or an unforeseeable health event (e.g., pandemic) making it inadvisable, impractical, impossible or illegal or which materially affects a parties ability to perform its obligations under this agreement in whole or in part, or if fraud, technical failures, human error or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Except where prohibited by law, this promotion is governed by US law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, United States, without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof, and any matters or proceedings which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in Arbitration Section of these Official Rules and/or for entering any judgment on an arbitration award, shall take place in the State of New York, in the City of New York, County of New York. If any provision of these rules is deemed invalid by law, rules or regulations, such provision will only apply to the extent permitted.
14. Disputes: Except where prohibited by law: (a) As a condition of participating in this Promotion, entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion, or any prizes awarded, or disputes regarding eligibility, redemption, or Rewards shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective; (b) Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., costs associated with entering this promotion), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased; and (c) The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, in the City of New York, County of New York, United States and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitations or exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision herein shall not affect in any way the validity and enforceability of any other provision in these Official Rules.
15. Privacy: Global Poverty Project, Inc. d/b/a Global Citizen is committed to maintaining your trust by protecting personal information we collect about you. Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.globalcitizen.org/en/about/privacy-policy. By entering and participating in this Promotion, entrants agree that the Sponsor may, subject to local data privacy laws, collect and process such entrants’ personal information for purposes of this promotion.
16. Redeemers: A list of users who claimed an Instant Reward Prize will be available at www.globalcitizen.org/rewards/winners/ after redeemers have been verified.
