Why Yosola Olorunshola is a Global Citizen

I believe that whilst 1 billion people still live in extreme poverty, there is too much untapped potential in the world. If 59 million children remain out of school, we’ll miss out on the inventions and ideas these minds could later develop. I want to live in a world where the next Einstein or Rosalind Franklin was born in a developing country. Ending poverty would not only be the solution to so many of the challenges and conflicts we see today, it would make the world a more innovative place.
