TERMS & CONDITIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. PARTICIPATION LIMITED TO THE FIRST 10,000 ELIGIBLE TICKETED ATTENDEES WHOSE TICKETS ARE SCANNED AND WHO ARE SUCCESSFULLY ADMITTED TO THE WATCH PARTY.

THIS PROMOTION AND ANY ADVERTISEMENT RELATING THERETO SHALL BE CONSTRUED ACCORDING TO AND GOVERNED EXCLUSIVELY BY NEW YORK LAW.

1.Eligibility: This FIFA World Cup 2026™ Final Watch Party DoorDash Meal Voucher promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal attendees of the Watch Party. Employees of Global Poverty Project, Inc., d/b/a Global Citizen’s (“Global Citizen”), DoorDash, Inc. (“DoorDash”) or their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, internet agencies, suppliers and any other companies engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Promotion, and each such employee’s immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where restricted or prohibited by law.

Participation constitutes the attendee’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions including all eligibility requirements and Global Citizen’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Global Citizen may in its sole discretion amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, without notice, and such amendment(s) shall be deemed to have taken effect from the date of publication of the revised Terms & Conditions on Global Citizen’s Website.

2.Promotion: Ten thousand (10,000) Prizes (as defined below) are available to be won during the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Final Watch Party taking place in Central Park (the “Watch Party”). Each Prize shall consist of one (1) meal voucher (a “Prize”) redeemable for one (1) entree and one (1) beverage at select front-of-house general concessions during the Watch Party. The specific entree and beverage available for redemption shall be determined by Global Citizen in its sole discretion and may vary based on availability.

3.Here’s How to Participate in this Promotion:

a. The first 10,000 eligible ticketed attendees whose tickets are scanned and who are successfully admitted to the Watch Party will receive a Prize.

b. Limit one (1) Prize per person during the Watch Party. Multiple entries by the same person will not be accepted.

c. Global Citizen reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with the Promotion requirements. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Promotion at Global Citizen’s sole discretion.

3.Recipient Selection: The first 10,000 eligible ticketed attendees whose tickets are successfully scanned and who are successfully admitted to the Watch Party, subject to satisfying all admission requirements established by Global Citizen or the venue, including, without limitation, security screening, will receive a Prize. No person is guaranteed a Prize unless and until they have successfully entered the venue and received a Prize from Watch Party personnel or their designees. At Global Citizen’s sole discretion, there may be additional distributions of vouchers during the Watch Party. Any such additional distributions shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise specified by Global Citizen. Global Citizen reserves the right to determine the timing, frequency, eligibility requirements, method, and number of prizes available in any such additional voucher distributions.

4.Eligibility: An attendee is not deemed a recipient of any Prize, even if so indicated by Watch Party personnel or their designees, unless and until (i) the attendee’s eligibility has been verified, (ii) all requirements determined by Global Citizen to claim the attendee’s prize have been fulfilled and (iii) the attendee has received the Prize from Watch Party personnel or their designees (a “Recipient”).

5.Prize: Ten thousand (10,000) Prizes are available to Recipients during the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Final Watch Party taking place in Central Park (the “Watch Party”). Each Prize shall consist of one (1) meal voucher redeemable for one (1) entree and one (1) beverage at any front-of-house general concessions during the Watch Party, in each case, subject to product availability. Voucher may not be redeemed for alcoholic beverages.

6.General Conditions for All Prizes: By accepting a voucher, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including all eligibility requirements and the decisions of the Global Citizen and its agents, which are final and binding.Admission to the Watch Party and receipt of a Prize are subject to the restrictions and requirements of the venue and Watch Party organizers, as applicable. Participants may be required to comply with any health, safety, security, or venue-entry requirements imposed by the venue operator, Watch Party organizers, governmental authorities, or applicable law at the time of the Watch Party. Global Citizen, the Watch Party organizers, and venue personnel reserve the right to refuse admission to or remove any person who fails to comply with such requirements or who engages in disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate conduct. Each Prize is valid only as specified by Global Citizen, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any other consideration. Lost, stolen, damaged, or unclaimed food vouchers will not be replaced. Prizes are subject to availability and any terms, conditions, redemption procedures, menu limitations, operating hours, or other restrictions imposed by the designated food vendor. The Watch Party is subject to change, postponement, or cancellation for any reason, including as a result of health, safety, security, operational, or weather-related considerations. In the event the Watch Party is modified, postponed, or canceled, Global Citizen shall not have any obligation to provide any substitute benefit, compensation, or replacement food voucher. Global Citizen reserves the right to modify or discontinue the food voucher distribution if necessary for safety, security, operational, or other legitimate reasons. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, and any expenses associated with attending the Watch Party or redeeming a food voucher that are not expressly provided by Global Citizen are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Admission is subject to the restrictions and requirements of the venue and Watch Party organizers, as applicable. You may be required to complete a waiver and/or release prior to participation in the experience. Participants may be required to comply with any health, safety, security, or venue-entry requirements imposed by the venue operator, Watch Party organizers, governmental authorities, or applicable law at the time of the Watch Party. The Promoter and Releasees (as defined below) are not responsible for postponement or cancellation of the Watch Party or for issues arising from venue operation and management. The Watch Party is subject to change based on local health and safety guidelines leading up to/at the time of the event. In the event the Watch Party is canceled, modified or postponed for any reason, the Releasees will have no further obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof. Global Citizen, DoorDash, Releasees and/or any other relevant party reserve the right to remove or deny entry to the Recipient who engages in a non-sportsman-like or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the Watch Party. All Prize details not specified herein shall be determined solely by Global Citizen, and will be provided to the Recipient at time of Prize notification. In no event will the Releasees provide any additional compensation to any entrant other than the Prize offered as stated herein. Neither Global Citizen nor DoorDash is responsible for any unclaimed, lost, mutilated or stolen voucher prizes; nor will said Prizes be replaced. DoorDash is solely providing funding for the meal vouchers and is not responsible for organizing, operating, administering or staffing the Watch Party or food distribution.

The Watch Party will take place in Central Park, New York City. Recipients are expected to respect the park, venue, staff, surrounding environment, and all applicable rules and regulations at all times. Attendees must properly dispose of all food, beverages, packaging, and other waste in designated receptacles, must not litter or damage vegetation and park property, and must properly dispose of all trash in designated receptacles. Global Citizen reserves the right to remove from the Event any individual whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or inconsistent with venue rules.

7.Ban on Sales/Resales: ALL VOUCHERS TO BE DISTRIBUTED AT THE WATCH PARTY ARE FREE. VOUCHERS MAY NOT BE SOLD, TRANSFERRED FOR VALUE, EXCHANGED FOR CASH, OR OTHER CONSIDERATION. Each voucher is to be used by the designee identified by Global Citizen or Watch Party personnel, and/or any individual to whom the initial designee has officially and without demanding payment transferred the voucher to. Vouchers may not be sold, offered for resale, put up for auction, advertised or listed for sale online or in person, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use will immediately result in the affected vouchers being voided, and the Recipient and any associated individual being deemed ineligible for future promotions, contests, sweepstakes, giveaways by Global Citizen. For the avoidance of doubt, no substitution, cash substitution, or transfer of Prize is permitted by Recipient, and any transfer of a voucher in exchange for money, goods, services, favors, reimbursement, or any other form of consideration shall be deemed a prohibited resale.

8.Release: Attendees/Recipients agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Global Citizen, DoorDash, and any of its/their respective parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, voucher suppliers, and any other organizations responsible for, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting this Promotion, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, actions, injury, loss, or damage of any kind, including but not limited to, personal injury or death, resulting, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participating in this promotion or from the acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of a voucher. This limitation of liability is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income or profit; loss or damage to property; and claims of third parties. Attendees/Recipients agree that Releasees have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, statutory, express or implied (including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, title, and fitness for a particular purpose), in fact or in law, relative to this Promotion. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. This release does not apply to claims for personal injury or death caused by the negligence of Global Citizen or DoorDash, as applicable. At Global Citizen’s sole discretion, Recipient may be requested and required to complete additional releases or liability waivers, the terms of which shall be read in conjunction with this Section.

9.Third-Party Vendor. The food and beverage items offered as part of this Promotion are prepared, provided, and served by an independent third-party vendor. Neither Global Citizen nor DoorDash prepared, manufactured, or served such food or beverages and makes no representations or warranties regarding their quality, safety, ingredients, or fitness for any particular purpose. Global Citizen and DoorDash make no representations or warranties regarding availability of food items, concession operations or redemption experience. DoorDash has no control over the preparation, ingredients, quality, availability, service, staffing, pricing or operation of the concession vendors. By accepting and redeeming a Prize, the Recipient acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with the consumption of such food and beverages, including any food allergies or sensitivities. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Global Citizen and DoorDash shall not be liable for any illness, injury, allergic reaction, loss, or damage arising out of or relating to the preparation, provision, service, or consumption of any food or beverage provided by the third-party vendor, except to the extent caused by Global Citizen or DoorDash's respective gross negligence or willful misconduct. Global Citizen and DoorDash shall have no responsibility for lost, stolen, improperly distributed or duplicate vouchers.

10.Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in this Promotion constitutes Recipient’s consent for Global Citizen, voucher providers and their designees to use, for promotional purposes in any type of media without further payment or consideration, Recipient’s name, likeness, any written or oral comments or testimonials to, or other feedback on, any prize or experience, and any user generated content, including, without limitation, audio, photographs and still images, and video content (“UGC”) worldwide and in perpetuity. For the avoidance of doubt, the Recipient hereby grants to Global Citizen and Global Citizen hereby accept, a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, royalty-free and sublicensable right and license to use and display UGC in connection with Global Citizen’s advocacy efforts, subject to any applicable third-party approvals. Global Citizen shall have the right to use audio recordings, video recordings and/or screenshots of the voucher experience in connection with Global Citizen’s advocacy efforts, subject to any applicable third-party approvals.

11.NOTICE: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, GLOBAL CITIZEN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Global Citizen is not responsible for faulty, incorrect, undeliverable or mistranscribed e-mail transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the Promotion. Global Citizen assumes no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user's e-mail account to receive e-mail. Global Citizen reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the program as determined by Global Citizen in its sole discretion. Any damage made to the Global Citizen Website by an attendee will be the responsibility of the attendee. Global Citizen reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Promotion if it cannot be executed as planned for any reason or event beyond Global Citizen’s control, including but not limited to a Force Majeure event or occurrence, an “act of God” (e.g., natural disaster, etc.) or an unforeseeable health event (e.g., pandemic) making it inadvisable, impractical, impossible or illegal or which materially affects a party’s ability to perform its obligations under this agreement in whole or in part, or if fraud, technical failures, human error or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Global Citizen impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Global Citizen in its sole discretion.

12.Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Except where prohibited by law, this Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of attendee and Global Citizen in connection with this promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, United States of America. If any provision of these rules is deemed invalid by law, rules or regulations, such provision will only apply to the extent permitted.

13.Privacy: Global Citizen is committed to maintaining your trust by protecting personal information we collect about you. Information collected from attendees is subject to Global Citizen’s Privacy Policy at https://www.globalcitizen.org/en/about/privacy-policy. By entering and participating in this Promotion, attendees agree that the Global Citizen may, subject to local data privacy laws, collect and process such attendees personal information for purposes of this promotion.

15.Disclaimer: DoorDash is solely providing funding for the meal vouchers distributed as part of this Promotion. DoorDash does not organize, administer, operate, supervise, or control the Watch Party, admission process, voucher distribution, concession operations, food preparation, food service, or redemption process, and shall have no liability arising from any such activities except to the extent caused by DoorDash’s own negligence or willful misconduct.
