Terms and Conditions
This page outlines the terms, conditions, and rules for obtaining tickets to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Music Festival, taking place in Philadelphia on Tuesday, 6 October 2015 at Festival Pier on Penn’s Landing (the “Event”).
Prize Draw Rules
The Prize Draw opens at 9:00AM EDT on 30 September 2015, and closes once all prizes are given away.
Each prize consists of two tickets to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Music Festival, taking place in Philadelphia on Tuesday, 6 October 2015 at Festival Pier on Penn’s Landing.
In order to be eligible for the Prize Draw, contestants must be one of the first 4,000 persons to undertake the action at www.globalcitizen.org/en/action/bystander-forbes/. Please note, in order to be eligible for the Prize Draw, contestants must be logged into the Global Citizen platform to undertake the action. Participants may only undertake the action one time.
You must be 13 years or older to be eligible for the Prize Draw.
No purchase necessary. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Prize Draw. The Prize Draw will be governed by the Prize Draw Rules and these Terms & Conditions. Failure by GPP to follow or uphold the Prize Draw Rules or the Terms & Conditions will not give rise to a claim by any person.
The first 4,000 persons who undertake the action at www.globalcitizen.org/en/action/bystander-forbes/ will win one double pass (i.e. two tickets) to the Event (the “Prize”). GPP’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entry is open to all residents of the 50 United States, except:
any person who does not meet the eligibility requirements of the Prize Draw which may be
specified in the Prize Draw Rules;
any person who does not give complete or correct registration or other details requested by
GPP upon entering the Prize Draw;
employees, servants, agents, sub-contractors or those employed by sub-contractors of GPP
and their immediate family (including, but not limited to, their parents, siblings, children, and
de facto partners (Immediate Family);
any other person whom GPP deems ineligible.
Within 48 hours of you entering the Prize Draw, you will be notified via email whether you have won a Prize. GPP will email each successful prize winner with an electronic code from Ticketmaster, with instructions on how to redeem two tickets to the Event. We will contact you via the email address supplied.
Any person claiming the Prize may be required to sign and endorse these T&Cs, the Prize Draw Rules and/or any other relevant agreements.
The Prize may be claimed any time before the Event concludes.
The Prize is subject to the following conditions:
7.1 in no way redeemable or transferable for cash, and may not be sold;
7.2 must, where applicable, be used on the dates specified;
7.3 is provided "as-is" and shall not be the responsibility of GPP, including if they are
defective or ineffectual in any way, to the greatest extent permitted by law, including, but not limited to, any loss, damage, expense or injury suffered (including that which is indirect or consequential) as a result of, or in connection with, the acceptance, use and/or enjoyment of the prize; and
7.4. is subject to any other condition or stipulation given by GPP, including, but not limited to,
those provided in the Prize Draw Rules and/or provided by the Ticket Issuer or Venue.
Any costs associated with, consequential to, and/or resulting from the acceptance and claiming of the Prize are solely at the winner's expense. This includes all relevant taxes and charges associated with the acceptance, and travel to/from the Event.
All entrants to the Prize Draw:
9.1. agree to (if required by GPP at any time) to engage in a photo, video, film and/or radio session, or any other form of publicity for GPP (unless the entrant specifically requested to retain their anonymity at the time of entering any Prize Draw;
9.2. agree to the broadcasting or other publicising of an entrant's name, character, statements, voice recordings or any other information regarding the entrant, in any advertising or promotional activities concerning a Prize Draw or Prize Draws of GPP in general. This includes the use of a winner's name to disclose that they have won a Prize Draw; and
9.3. agree to allow GPP to use in any reasonable manner as they see fit, any materials submitted in connection with any Competition, whether in written, electronic, visual, audio and/or any other form). Such materials (and all Copyright in them) become(s) the property of GPP and the entrant waives all moral rights, rights of publicity, and any other intellectual property rights he/she may have in such materials.

Any problem that is directly or indirectly related to the running of a Prize Draw, which may affect the outcome of a Prize Draw and/or the determination of any winner, whether a result of technical or other problems or difficulties of GPP, its affiliates, the entrant, or any third party, will not the responsibility of GPP.
GPP may amend or change these Terms & Conditions and the Prize Draw Rules, at any time without notice. Changes to these rules will be announced via our social media channels.
GPP and their respective agents, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, insurers, servants, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, predecessors, successors, representatives, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors (the “Released Entities”), are not responsible for, shall not be liable for, and hereby disclaim all liability arising from or relating to: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, misaddressed, incomplete, or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, computer or other malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, whether human or technical; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer or e-mail transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of GPP; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of any prize, or any portion thereof that may have been awarded, or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, or any portion thereof that may have been awarded, or from participation in the Prize Draw; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Prize Draw; or (vii) the failure of any artist listed in the Event to participate herein for any reason or no reason whatsoever.
This Prize Draw shall be governed by the law of the State of New York. By participating in this Prize Draw, participants agree that the courts of New York State shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Prize Draw and that venue shall be only in the State of New York.
