BTS first joined Global Citizen in 2021 for Global Citizen Live, a worldwide event calling on governments, corporations, and philanthropists to defend the planet and defeat poverty. In 2023, Jung Kook performed at the Global Citizen Festival in Central Park.
BTS will next take the stage at the first-ever FIFA World Cup Final Halftime Show in support of the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund, which works to expand access to quality education and football for children around the world.
