The world is sliding into a climate and ineqaulity crisis. We need radical action from leaders to fund our global future.
Did you know?
The world must invest an extra $350 billion per year to end extreme poverty, tackle inequality, and halt climate change in the world's poorest countries.
To achieve this, rich nations must meet the UN target to spend 0.7% of gross national income on international aid, and ensure it reaches the poorest countries.
Governments of low-income countries need to increase their budgets for areas such as education, health, and nutrition — and changes to tax and trade systems can help achieve this.
Here's we can do
Demand that big business and billionaires do what they can to end poverty, tackle inequality, and halt climate change.
Call on rich governments to do what they can to end extreme poverty, such as increasing aid budgets and directing it to the poorest 59 countries.
Ask leaders in low-income countries to step up their budgets for health, education, and nutrition, so every citizen has an equal chance to fulfill their potential.
