• Guests will receive the parking pass via email from help@parkwhiz.com. SoFi Stadium recommends downloading the ParkWhiz app to manage and view your parking pass in addition to planning your trip. Yes, you will be guaranteed a parking space within the parking zone or an offsite parking facility.

No, you cannot reserve a parking space, but you are guaranteed a space within the parking zone where you purchased parking.

• After purchase or issuance, you should have received an email with your parking pass and information.
• Your parking pass is assigned to a color-coded zone.
• A zone parking pass allows you admittance into a parking lot within the parking zone.
• Read all information within your parking pass for the most up-to-date rules and regulation for parking at Hollywood Park.
• Please have parking passes displayed on your device  and ready to be shown upon arrival at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park parking zone/lot entry.
• Upon entry into the parking gates, parking staff will scan the parking pass barcode to confirm validity of the parking pass.
• If you shared your parking pass with a friend or acquaintance, the first parking pass scanned will be allowed entry into the parking lots; any other duplicate pass will be turned away.
• It is imperative that you follow navigational information for the parking zone you have been assigned, as parking passes have specific gate assignments. For example, a green zone parking pass cannot access the site through the orange zone parking gate.

All parking zones and offsite parking lots will open at 3 p.m.

All parking lots within SoFi Stadium will close one hour after the end of the event.

• All parking zones have ADA parking stalls within each parking lot.
• Vehicles parked in ADA parking stalls must follow all regulations as specified within the California Vehicle Code. Vehicles parking in an ADA parking stall must display a valid ADA Placard and must possess a valid parking pass. 
• Vehicles not abiding by the posted regulations are subject tow at owner’s expense.

Doors open at 5:00pm and the show starts at 7:00pm. Seating will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, so arrive early to get the best view. Please note that wait times may be longer due to COVID-19 protocols.

The stage is set in the center of the field. Seating is available in the South, East, and North sections of the stadium. Please reference your ticket for seating location details. A member of the stadium staff will direct you to your section.

You will need your ticket barcode, available in the Ticketmaster app or on your printed-out ticket. You will also need your vaccine card and photo ID.

Face masks are required at all times when not eating or drinking; facemasks must cover the nose and mouth and must be either a 2-ply disposable or reusable/washable facemask; neck gaiters, bandanas, and facemasks with vents are not permitted. Security will monitor and enforce compliance with face covering per the venue policy.

Outside beverages are not permitted inside the stadium, except factory-sealed water, 20 oz. or less, soft-sided single juice or milk containers or medically required liquids in a sealed container.

Factory sealed water bottles, 20 oz. or less are permitted. Empty reusable water bottles are permitted for use at our hydration stations located throughout SoFI Stadium.

Yes, SoFi Stadium will showcase a variety of food trucks, positioned within the secure perimeter both on the North end of the stadium and South American Airlines Plaza available for food and beverage transactions. 

SoFi Stadium will also offer a complimentary snack bag and bottled water that will be distributed at entry for all guests. Additional complimentary water distribution stations with fruit and assorted candy will be on each level throughout the event. No alcohol will be sold in GA seating areas for this show. 

Food and beverages must be consumed in designated areas. No food or beverage will be allowed on the field.

Unfortunately, you are unable to use your phone at this show. No photos or videos are permitted. Your phone will be put in a pouch with a proprietary lock. Please reach out to a Stadium Team Member if you need to use your phone in the event of an emergency.

The SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park Code of Conduct was developed for all guests attending events at the stadium to enjoy the experience in a responsible manner. SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park and the promoters ask the guests to assist us in creating an enjoyable and safe environment by:

• Respecting each other as well as our Stadium Team Members
• Consuming alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner
• Not displaying indecent or obscene messages on clothing
• Refraining from fighting, horseplay, excessive taunting or threatening remarks or gestures
• Not creating a disruption to the progress of the event by behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal
• Not accessing areas without a proper ticket, pass, and/or credential or misusing tickets, passes, and/or credentials
• Following instructions from Stadium Team Members regarding stadium operations and emergency procedures

Failure to adhere to these guidelines and/or this Code of Conduct could result in ejection without refund, loss of ticket privileges for future games/events, and/or possible arrest and prosecution. 

Guests are encouraged to report any issues or concerns during a game or event to the nearest SoFi Stadium or Hollywood Park Team Member, or utilize the SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park app. 

Each guest should be ready to display their ticket to SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park Team Members to verify their seat locations. 

Guests needing further assistance or directions should ask the nearest SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park Team Member.

In an effort to provide a more secure and safe environment for all SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park guests and staff, the following clear bag policy will be in effect for all events at SoFi Stadium. All backpacks and bags that do not comply with the following are prohibited. 

• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12 inches x 6 inches x 12 inches. 
• Small clutch bags approximately the size of a hand (4”x6”), with or without a handle or strap.

The following items are not permitted to be carried into SoFi Stadium:

• Airhorns, Amplified Music, Bullhorns, Loudspeakers, or other artificial noise makers
• Animals (except ADA Service Animals)
• Backpacks or Bags larger than 12 inches x 6 inches x 12 inches or that do not comply with the Clear Bag Policy
• Balloons
• Balls of any type
• Signs of any type, size, or shape. All forms of signs are prohibited.
• Bicycles (may be parked at approved bike valet)
• Brooms, Sticks, Rods
• Computers
• Costume Masks
• Drones, Remote Controlled Unmanned Aerial Vehicles or other similar motorized vehicles/devices
• Drugs (including marijuana) or other illegal substances/paraphernalia
• Firearms
• Fireworks or Other Incendiary Devices
• Frisbees, Footballs or other throwable Sports Equipment
• Glass Containers of any type
• Hard or Soft Sided Coolers
• Inflatables
• Knives of any type
• Lawn Chairs, Stools, or Rigid Framed Seating Devices (except wheelchairs or as approved by the SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park Management Team)

• Motorcycle & Bicycle Helmets (may be checked in at designated bag valet locations prior to entry)
• Noise-Making Devices
• Obscene, offensive, and political clothing

• Skateboards, Scooters, Razors, Hoverboards, or any wheeled footwear

 *Guests are encouraged to leave prohibited items at home or in their car. All guests are subject to search prior to, during and after the event. If permitted by Hollywood Park Management to bring any of the foregoing prohibited items, guests must bring evidence of such written permission from Hollywood Park Management prior to bringing such item to SoFi Stadium.  Any guest intentionally possessing a prohibited item at SoFi Stadium without written evidence of Hollywood Park Management consent could result in denial of entry and/or ejection without refund, loss of ticket privileges for future events, and/or possible arrest and prosecution.
