In Liberia, more than half of young people aged 15-24 are illiterate and 73% of all girls and women are illiterate.

Liberia’s education is in a state of emergency and in need of some of the brightest minds to lead the world towards a bold future!

More Than Me is an organization looking to rid Liberia of this problem and improve girls lives, starting with education. By using education as a catalyst to transform social change, the organization empowers girls through public school support, systemic change, and their very own More Than Me Academy.

The More Than Me Academy (MTMA) is a tuition-free school providing high-quality education and social services to girls K-6. These services include healthcare, family planning, psychosocial support, and a food program.

MTM launched a campaign called #VoteforLiberia because they want global citizens to know it's time to make your vote count!

The organization asked four girls, Mamawa, Princess, Morrisline, and Joanna what their platforms would be if they were running for President. These girls prove to be some of the brightest minds around and their experiences at More Than Me Academy have helped them think about a bold future!

Spoiler: These girls are saying exactly what the world needs to hear! Watch out, these girls are destined to change the world!
