What is so different about the education that a child in a poor country can get, compared to the schooling your child or mine in the UK can access?

Here’s a simple illustration, using the example of Malawi. As this comparison demonstrates, children in many developing countries face huge barriers to accessing a good education. Yet they have the same right as you or I. And without a good education, children are unable to fulfil their potential in life, and they remain trapped in poverty. This vicious cycle affects them, their families, their communities, their countries. We all want a more equal world where every citizen in every country can live a full, peaceful, happy life.

The Global Partnership for Education is addressing some of the biggest barriers to achieving education for all. With your help, your action, we can persuade the UK Government to make a strong commitment to the Global Partnership for Education, and you’ll be helping to bring the world we want for all children that little bit closer.

Take action on the top right to tell the UK government to invest in education for all!
