The UK loses billions every year through corporate tax avoidance, and it's even more in developing countries. It is estimated that some countries in the developing world can lose as much as $160 billion every year, just because big corporations dodge tax.

Here at The Global Poverty Project, we have been working with The Tax Dodging Bill Campaign to call for a change in the law; a change that will see big corporations pay their fair share in taxes. It's only one week until the General Election, and we want the new Government, whoever they may be, to introduce a Tax Dodging Bill within their first 100 days in office. Over 75,000 people have signed our petition or emailed their candidates about corporate tax dodging, and tonight we have another opportunity to make our voices heard.

This evening David Cameron, leader of the Conservative Party, Ed Miliband, leader of the Labour Party and Nick Clegg, leader of the Liberal Democrats, will face off on BBC1's Question Time. Take action and tweet the party leaders whilst they're on tv and tell them that you want a Tax Dodging Bill within the first 100 days of Government.

You can also let the leaders of the political parties know that this matters to you by signing the petition below.
