Rita Ora - Songs To Change The World To… by Radio Everyone on Mixcloud

Here at Global Citizen we get pretty pumped everytime we encounter a new creative, amazing way to spread the word of the Global Goals. The launch of Radio Everyone was no exception.

Radio Everyone is a seven day pop-up radio station that is amping up the Global Goals hype with radio segments hosted by people like Bono, Cate Blanchett, Haile Gebrselassie, and (the subject of this shout out) Ria Ora. It’s a true all star line-up dedicated to informing the public about the Global Goals and ending extreme poverty by 2030.

Heading to the Radio Everyone page I was instantly drawn to Rita Ora's show. Ora’s got an incredible voice, is all about being proud of who you are, speaks out on women’s empowerment, and always looks fierce. I’m into it.

Ora created a special playlist, “Songs to Change the World To” just for Radio Everyone and it’s just the thing to get you in the “let’s do this world/ global goals” zone. This is how she puts it: “Every song that you’re going to listen to has affected either me, or society, or how women are perceived in the music industry, even how men are perceived in the music industry, and I think right now we need diversity.”

So check out Ora’s amazing show (the link is right at the top) and peep the full playlist below.
