The huge progress towards ending global poverty and ending preventable child deaths has been defined by local everyday heroes - ordinary people doing extraordinary things that have a real impact on the lives of those around them.

In 2015 we want to honour these heroes, and as part of our Stop at Nothing work in pushing for an ambitious post-2015 agenda we want to highlight the positive difference they have made in the past 15 years.
