There were 60,000 people at the 2015 Global Citizen Festival in Central Park, and they all had to work hard and take action to get there. They called congressional delegates, emailed world leaders and tweeted their support. Some were on trains at 3am, some were in line at 6am, but they all made it and they had some great things to say.

Hans and Caryn went out early on in the day to hear from some visitors in person. Everyone was excited for the show, but they were also excited to see festival guests such as Malala Yousafzai and Michelle Obama.

Whether they were pledging their support for better sanitation, improving the lives of girls and women or saving the environment, everyone was happy to be a part of this movement, and help raise awareness of the Global Goals.
