What time do the doors open? What time does the Global Citizen Festival: Amazônia start and end?
Starting at 3:00 pm, ticket holders will be able to enjoy a special program outside the stadium. The area will feature an exclusive activation hosted by Banco do Brasil, including live performances and interactive experiences, creating an atmosphere of celebration and engagement from the very first hours of the day. You will need to have a ticket to the Global Citizen Festival: Amazônia in order to participate.
Doors officially open at 4 pm and the show starts at 5:30 pm! Please arrive early to Estádio Olímpico do Pará to avoid lines, grab a great spot in the stadium, and so you don’t miss any of our incredible performances.
The show will end around midnight. Please note: We will start to close the doors around 9:30 pm, so please arrive early!
How do I get to Estádio Olímpico do Pará (Mangueirão)?
The stadium’s exact address is located at: Rod. Augusto Montenegro, s/n - Km 03 - Mangueirão, Belém - PA.
Please check your ticket for exact gate information for entry. We will have a limited amount of paid parking available, but you can also arrive by a ride share service or by bus.
What are the set times or order the artists are playing?
We’re not releasing the set times or the order of artists. With the amazing lineup, get there early to enjoy the whole show!

Yes, a ticket is needed for entry. If you do not have a ticket, you will not be allowed to enter the stadium.

How do I claim my Global Citizen Festival: Amazônia ticket after winning?
After you won a pair of tickets, we would have notified you to claim your tickets on our platform, then on Ticketmaster. Please note: you need to have claimed your tickets within 48 hours of winning on BOTH our platform and on Ticketmaster. If you did not claim your tickets within 48 hours of winning, it’s unfortunately too late to claim.
After claiming your tickets on Ticketmaster, you will receive instructions on how to download the Quentro app.
- If you won before the 6th stage, your tickets would have been available to download to your Quentro account on the 17th of October. Please make sure you’re signing into the correct account!
- If you have won a later stage, your tickets should already be available to download to your Quentro account.

No, please show your ticket on the Quentro app on your phone once arriving at the Festival. Screenshots will also not be accepted.
Are tickets to Global Citizen Festival: Amazônia transferable?
Once you have downloaded your ticket on QUENTRO, tickets are non-transferable. Please arrive with your guest!
Are seats assigned for general admission tickets?
There are no assigned seats for general admission tickets. It’s first-come, first-served in your section, so show up early to grab a great spot!
Please note: You must stay in your chosen section indicated on your ticket (Lawn, Bleachers A, or Bleachers B). You cannot move around the sections.
Can I leave and re-enter the stadium at Global Citizen Festival: Amazônia?
No, re-entry is not permitted. Once you leave the stadium, you cannot come back in.
Do I need to bring money to Global Citizen Festival: Amazônia? What forms of payment are accepted?
We are accepting credit and debit cards, Pix, and cash.
Will there be food and drinks sold at Global Citizen Festival: Amazônia?
Yes, we will have a variety of food and drink options available for purchase inside the stadium.
Can I bring a water bottle into the stadium?
Yes, you can bring a non-glass, reusable water bottle into the stadium as long as it’s under 500ml. We will have water stations available for use around the stadium.
What is the bag policy at Global Citizen Festival: Amazônia?
Small bags or purses are allowed into the stadium.
Please note: large bags, backpacks, and suitcases are prohibited and will not be allowed into the stadium.
What can’t I bring to the Global Citizen Festival: Amazônia?
For safety reasons, the following items are not allowed inside the event venue:
- Glass bottles
- Bottles larger than 500ml
- Rigid containers with lids (e.g., Tupperware-type plastic jars)
- Glass cups
- Cans
- Helmets
- Firearms or sharp weapons (knives, brass knuckles, switchblades, etc.)
- Toy weapons or replicas
- Tents, stools, chairs, chains, ropes, flashlights
- Umbrellas
- Sharp, piercing, or cutting objects (scissors, box cutters, nail clippers, corkscrews)
- Fireworks, explosives, flares, or incendiary devices
- Glass, plastic, or metal objects (perfume bottles, cosmetics, deodorants, toothbrushes, toothpaste)
- Flammable or corrosive substances
- Sprays or tasers
- Laser pointers or strobe lights
- Beverages of any kind (except water)
- Skateboards, bicycles, or any type of vehicle (motorized or not)
- Coolers, Styrofoam boxes, or similar containers
- Selfie sticks
- Professional cameras or camcorders with detachable lenses
- Professional equipment for capturing images or sound (e.g., drones, recording gear)
- Marketing or promotional materials
- Toxic or illegal substances
- Flags or banners with commercial messages or discriminatory, offensive, homophobic, racist, or xenophobic content
- Drones or any similar remotely piloted aircraft
- Air horns, megaphones, laptops, tablets, power banks larger than a cell phone
- Paints, dyes, or related products

Each person may bring up to five small food items, preferably:
- Sealed packaged snacks (e.g. cookies, cereal bars)
- Cut fruits in transparent, flexible Zip Lock bags
- Sandwiches in transparent, flexible Zip Lock bags

Your safety and comfort are first and foremost. Please wear light and comfortable clothing since it can be very hot in Belém in November.
Is there WiFi at Global Citizen Festival: Amazônia?
There is no WiFi available at the stadium for public use.
Will there be charging stations at Global Citizen Festival: Amazônia?
Charging stations are not provided at the stadium. Make sure you bring a small, portable phone charger!
Will there be lockers available for rent at Global Citizen Festival: Amazônia?
We do not have lockers available to rent. Please review our prohibited items policy before entering!
Is there a lost and found at the stadium?
If you are still at the stadium, please visit one of our SAC (Customer Service) points to inquire about your lost item.
If it’s after the show and your item still hasn’t been located, please visit achadoseperdidos.crmocs.com.br/globalcitizen, register your lost item, and check the system. You will be able to search for lost items on the site two days after the show.
Item returns:
- In person: For residents of Belém, at the address provided upon contact.
- By mail (Sedex): For residents of other locations, with full tracking and communication via email.

I need support for my disability at Global Citizen Festival: Amazônia. How do I get assistance? What services are available to me?
Libras (Brazilian Sign Language) interpretation is available for attendees with hearing impairments. The translation on the led screen will be simultaneous with the shows, and interpreters will be available at access points and on the platform itself. If you cannot locate an interpreter, please go to the platform to request assistance. Audio description will also be available for attendees with visual impairments on the visibility platform. If you require mobility support, our team will be available to provide assistance.
In case of the need for regulation or support for neurodivergent attendees in crisis, please go to one of the medical posts or SAC (customer support) points, where a trained team will provide the necessary assistance.
Which entrance should people with disabilities use?
Guests with disabilities should enter the event through ticket offices A2 or B1. Upon entry, guests will present a medical report confirming their condition and an official photo ID for validation. After you are validated, you will be wrist banded by a staff member from our team.
Please note: The identification wristband is required to access the viewing platform on the site and to use the accessible restrooms.
What should I do if I witness or experience any situation of harassment?
Please reach out to our specialized team, identified by their colorful vests, or go to one of our Customer Service points. Our team is trained to listen, provide support, offer guidance, and take all appropriate actions.
Do kids need tickets to attend Global Citizen Festival: Amazônia? Is there an age limit?
You do have to be 18 or older to enter the stage for your chance to win a pair of tickets to Global Citizen Festival: Amazônia.
There is no minimum age to attend, but minors are only allowed to enter if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (with a notarized authorization).
Children over 12 years old may enter with another adult, provided they have a completed and notarized authorization form from their legal guardian. Children 12 and under must enter with their legal guardian, in accordance with Ordinance No. 009/2020 – 1st VIJ/TJPA.
The minor’s wristband will be issued at one of our access points. You will see signage and a trained team to assist with the authorization process, including registration of the guardian’s information.
How can I authorize my child to attend Global Citizen Festival: Amazônia?
The accompanying adult must present a signed and notarized authorization form by October 31, which you can find here. Please bring the notarized document with you to the Festival.
The age group and rules are as followed:
- Ages 12 to 18: Entry allowed when accompanied by an adult who has signed the authorization form.
- Ages 0 to 12: Entry only permitted with a legal guardian, in accordance with Ordinance No. 009/2020 – 1st VIJ/TJPA.
Wristbanding:
The minor’s wristband will be issued at one of our access points. You will see signage and a trained team to assist with the authorization process, including registration of the guardian’s information.
