Bridgewater Associates in partnership with Global Citizen is driving support of the World Bank’s International Development Association’s 21st replenishment round (IDA21). The initiative aims to improve living conditions and support social and economic development in 75 low-income countries including lifting 250 million people out of energy poverty by 2030. Bridgewater committed to conducting independent research to understand the economic potential of the African continent, while Global Citizen mobilizes advocacy to secure additional funding for IDA21.
