He previously worked as the Social Good Editor at Mashable, establishing the site's core coverage area surrounding social impact, activism, identities, and world-changing innovation. He has spoken about social change at a number of events, including the United Nations Summer Academy, Social Good Summit, and the Media for Social Impact Summit. Matt also holds an MFA in poetry.
