About Helen Gaffigan

Helen is on the Programs Team at Global Citizen. She has helped communities fight a range of social issues, from Cape Town to the villages of Ebola-hit West Africa. With an education in cultural anthropology, and nonprofit experience in NYC and Philadelphia, she believes a world without poverty is possible through progress, not pity. A Colorado native, Helen feeds her creative drive with sculpture, cooking, and the vanishing art of analogue reading (books).
