Farah Momen is the Canada Policy, Advocacy and Communications Officer of Global Poverty Project. Born and raised in New York State, she defected to Canada to receive her BA in Geography at McGill University and has been trapped here ever since.

Why Farah Momen is a Global Citizen

I believe that every human being has a role to play in combating the systems and prejudices that perpetuate hatred, inequality and poverty: being a global citizen is the first step.
