About Daniel Lewis

Daniel is a writer, opinionator and teenager who was born and raised in Washington, DC. Living in the heart of American politics instilled in him a passion to understand why things are the way they are and how he can work to make them better (he also loves technology, comic books and...cats). He is now bridging the gap between high school and college by spending seven months living with a family and working at a social entrepreneurship organization in Florianopolis, Brazil.

Why Daniel Lewis is a Global Citizen

I am a global citizen because, well, I live in a house and that house is in a neighborhood, which is in a city, in a country, on a continent, on a rock that floats on the surface of thousands of miles of molten rock, that is flying at ludicrous speeds throughout and endless void of blackness. And on this very rock, there are 7 billion other hairless apey creatures just like me! Living, breathing, eating (and doing other things not fit for an author bio).
