About Dana Brandes-Simon

Dana Brandes-Simon is an Editorial Intern for Global Citizen. In addition to being a writer, she is also a photographer and documentary filmmaker. She is a 2018 NeXt Doc Fellow. Her most recent documentary, No Such Sunrise, was awarded the Jury Award at the Ohio Shorts Festival and was also shown at the Ivy Film Festival, MDOCs, and the Roxbury International Film Festival at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston.
