Learn More about this cause:

Trees don’t just store carbon. They bring the rain, cool the land, protect wildlife, and clean the air we breathe. Over a billion people rely on trees and forests for food, medicine, and income — yet forests are vanishing faster than we can protect them.

At the heart of this crisis is the Amazon, the world’s largest rainforest and one of its most vital climate regulators. Global Citizen is campaigning in 2025 to unlock $200 million to protect 30 million hectares of forest through Indigenous-led stewardship. This funding will go directly to frontline communities who’ve kept forests standing for generations.

Our campaign supports the rights of Indigenous peoples, protects endangered species, and helps stabilize the global climate. Every tree matters, but it’s people who make protection possible. Raise your voice, share your quiz result, and demand action for the forests that keep our planet alive.
