Wally Adeyemo: Champion a Fairer World

The Treasury needs to be a champion for the release of funding to tackle the climate crisis and inequality.

What to know:

The US government, along with other rich nations, received international funding while low-income countries missed out.
The US has pledged 20% of this international funding to poorer and climate-vulnerable nations, but it's stuck in Congress.
A pledge is no good if the money never gets delivered. Tweet the Deputy Secretary of the Treasury to free the funds.
