Learn More about this cause:

In a world where hunger still robs children of their futures, Ireland is showing what bold leadership truly means.

Speaking at the Global Citizen Festival, Michael Gaffey of Irish Aid pledged €10 million to the UNICEF-led Child Nutrition Fund. At a time when many governments are scaling back aid, Ireland is holding the line—and going further—thanks to citizen pressure and a belief that no child should be left behind.

This commitment will help scale up proven solutions in some of the world’s lowest-income countries—from ready-to-use therapeutic foods that save lives in days, to the frontline workers and supply chains that keep communities nourished long term.

With this pledge, Ireland is helping deliver a fair start for women and children around the world. But political will grows stronger when it’s backed by public support.

Watch the video and leave a personal thank-you message to show Ireland their leadership is seen, valued, and needed more than ever.
