Did you know that a report on the hunger and nutrition crisis recently confirmed that 733 million people went to bed hungry in 2023? That is an estimate 1 in 11 people had to make difficult decisions every day about how they stay alive.
We are not talking enough about the impacts of this ongoing man-made crisis and unless we demand immediate action from our leaders, it will continue.
We can no longer allow children to lack the nutrients they need for their bodies to develop properly, for more families to face empty cupboards, for food aid lines to grow longer or for farmers to struggle producing the food we all need to survive.
The hunger crisis impacts all of us in one way or another and we need to be speaking about it. For this action we are asking you to help us raise awareness because the more people know about it, the more voices we’ll have demanding change.
