Learn More about this cause:

Cisco's partnership with Covenant House began in 2014 with just a handful of dedicated employees participating in the Sleep Out event. What started as a small effort has since grown into a powerful movement within our company, with nearly 700 employees and their families joining Sleep Out in 2023. Cisco’s commitment to making a difference extends far beyond fundraising; our teams volunteer year-round, providing mentorship, critical supplies, and educational resources to the youth Covenant House serves.

Covenant House is the largest organization of its kind in North and Central America, offering immediate and long-term support to young people facing homelessness and survivors of trafficking. Through street outreach, shelter, education, and advocacy, Covenant House works tirelessly to give these young people the tools they need to rebuild their lives. Cisco’s involvement helps amplify this mission, from mentoring through the Cisco Networking Academy to participating in hands-on volunteer efforts at Covenant House locations across the continent.

Together, we are making a tangible impact. The Sleep Out events are just one example of how Cisco employees are stepping up to help end youth homelessness. Every action we take, whether by raising awareness, contributing funds, or offering our time and skills, brings us one step closer to ensuring that every young person has a safe place to sleep and the opportunity to pursue their dreams.
