The Scaling Up Renewables in Africa campaign, led by Global Citizen and supported by the European Commission, aims to mobilise public, private, and philanthropic investment — plus policy reform — so Africa can generate much more renewable power. Croatia, though smaller in size among EU states, has moral and diplomatic influence and can push for solidarity across Europe.
