The Partnership | Earn and Redeem Global Citizen Points | FAQS

Global Citizens know that education isn't just about getting kids into school - it's about giving them the essential tools and resources that will help them flourish in life.

The Cotton On Foundation - through the support of its customers and loyal team - has helped contribute to the creation of the best performing schools in Uganda, providing education and long lasting change to those most in need.

Student pass rates in Mannya Village have skyrocketed from 26% to 95% in just five years, and more than 3,500 students have been supported with quality education. You can learn more about the work of the Cotton On Foundation by seeing the content and actions already featured on Global Citizen.

Global Citizen and the Cotton On Foundation have partnered to give you the chance to make purchases of Cotton On Foundation products - the proceeds of which support education and projects in Uganda - and earn Global Citizen points.

  • It says my code isn't valid / It says I've already redeemed my code.
Each code last for about 24 hours, and can only be redeemed once by a user. If you can't get it to work, try entering or uploading it again, and if it still doesn't work and you're sure you haven't already used it, email us the code and we'll look into it for you (we're at globalcitizen@globalpovertyproject.com)

  • I lost my code.
If you lost your code, email a photo of your invoice to us at globalcitizen@globalpovertyproject.com, along with the email address you used to login to Global Citizen, and we'll send you a new code.

  • How does it work?
When you purchase a product from the Cotton On Foundation, you receive a code that you can redeem on Global Citizen for points. We've connected up our two technology systems, so all you need to do is enter your code before it expires.
